Kasparnet, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Old Republic Title National Holding Company. We continue to provide our services to all the major national underwriters and agents of any affiliation.

Kasparnet, Inc. provides statewide service in: Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Does Kasparnet examine commercial properties?

Kasparnet offers commercial services in many of our jurisdictions. Please check with us for availability when you have a specific project or request, as commercial examinations require a high degree of experience. Please contact Liz Killan if you have questions on commercial searches in a particular county. We have examined projects such as the Cleveland Browns Stadium.

Where should I send documents for recording?

Recordings for Medina, Summit and Cuyahoga counties (Ohio) are sent to the Kasparnet, Inc. office in the county where the documents are to be recorded. All other documents for all other counties and states are sent to the Medina office, where they are reviewed, prepared and distributed for filing.

What happens to my document after recording?

Depending on the county and its procedures, documents are either returned to us directly from the Recorder or forwarded to the abstractor. Documents are then sorted by our staff, logged and returned to you or an alternate recipient of your choosing.
